–5 or so fresh mint leaves
–1 teaspoon golden brown sugar
–1/2 oz. simple syrup
–1/2 oz. Rose’s Lime Juice (or other lime juice)
–2 oz. light rum
–2 oz. sparkling wine or champagne
–a little bit of mint to garnish, of course
In your glass of choice, muddle together the mint, sugar, simple syrup, and lime juice. Add a generous handful of ice cubes. Pour in the rum, and then the bubbly and stir. Garnish, and drink up!
